these are gai dan jai (phonetic pronunciation) which literally translates to "little chicken eggs". they're really good- they are little balls of waffley squishy sweetness, and they are extremely delicious. you can find them for just over a dollar per bag! but we had to rely on our aunt (middle person in picture) who's a local there in hong kong to hunt down the good from the bad shops.
